Instructions for setting up your e-mail
account are as follows:
1. You must download and install IncredMail.
This is the easiest web based e-mail available
and it's FREE. It will check all other e-mail
addresses you have. (www.incredimail.com)
2. Once IncrediMail is installed on your
computer, open it up and click on tools.
3. In the drop down menu click on accounts.
When the mail accounts window displays,
click on add.
4. In this window simply follow the prompts. If
yourname @icyaa.net isn't there you will need
to add it.
5. In order for IncrediMail to check
yourname@icyaa.net you will need to do
some configuration. So, highlight
yourname@icyaa.net click on properties, then
click on the servers tab, at the bottom of that
page where you see outgoing mail, check the
box that says "my servers requires
authentication."
6. Next click on the tab that says "advanced."
Check the box at the bottom of the page that
says "leave a copy of messages on server."
7. If your are asked for incoming e-mail
information put in pop.bizmail.yahoo.com, if
you are asked for outgoing email information
put in smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com This is the
same place you can add any other email
accounts you have so that IncrediMail can
check those e-mail accounts for you too. Just
follow the same procedures for those
accounts.
8. Also, you can go to
http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/bizmail/pop/
That's it! You should be ready to use your
new icyaa.net e-mail account. If you have
difficulties drop me an e-mail from your
original email address and I will trouble shoot
or if you can catch me at home I will walk you
through the process.
This is another attempt at standardizing our
organization. We want all of our forms and
other paperwork we use to become standard
across the league so that we can be more
consistent with the services we provide.

account. I will go ahead and setup your email
account on our server and when you install
IncrediMail and setup you system it should be
ready to go!
