Ebenezer Football & Volleyball signups
For Fall 2006
It’s time to sign up for next year’s Football & Volleyball season. It will be held on June 6th from 6:00
till 7:30 in Ebenezer’s gym. This is for all rising 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students at Ebenezer.
FOOTBALL INFORMATION:
The cost is as follows: $35.00 ~ Jersey & pants
$25.00 ~ Jersey only
$10.00 ~ Pants only
*If you do not need a uniform you will need to pay a $10.00 sign up fee.
All money will have to be paid the night of sign ups. (NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!) The uniforms have to be
paid for up front when we place the order. We will not be ordering any uniforms after June 13th.
If you are not purchasing a new jersey please bring your old jersey the night of sign ups. You will
need to try it on with the pads to make sure that it will still fit this fall.
Last year the JV parents had to pay a great deal more than usual to start up our new JV program
therefore, if you did not turn in your pants from last year and would like to donate them it would
greatly be appreciated. If there are more children to sign up than we had last year we would need to
buy new shoulder pads, pants pads and helmets. The uniform cost above will not cover any
equipment needs that we might encounter. This means that we would need to do some type of
fundraiser and would expect every player to participate.
Practices will begin Aug. 1st. You will need to turn in your physical form before you can participate in
any practice, so please make sure you go ahead and schedule them now in order for your child to
practice.
VOLLEYBALL INFORMATION:
The cost to play JV or Varsity Volleyball will be $35.00. This will cover a complete uniform.
