ICYAA Player Movement Agreement
The ICYAA requires that a participant in our sports programs must live in the school district of a
conference member or attend a conference member school. The conference member schools are
East Iredell, Central, Ebenezer, Harmony, Cool Spring, and Union Grove.
If there are any exceptions, this form must be completed.

With the agreement of both school directors, the player listed above will be allowed to participate
outside of his/her school district.
The director of the sport must be notified of this request and agree with the player movement. This
form must be made available upon request.
The ICYAA Executive Board of Directors reserves the right to void any player movement at their
discretion.
